Principal M.Sc., FIC(Chartered), MBA, Ph.D. Joined On : 01.08.2007 He has total 37 years of experience in Industry and Teaching. In Academic field he held different positions such as Professor, Dean in MBA Course & Principal in MBA College etc. and in Industry field he was oriented in positions of Technical Director and General Manager in distinguished Corporate Houses like IFB Agro, Rasoi, West Bengal Chemical Industries Ltd., Sangita Biochem Ltd..
In the field of Research and Development he undertook both doctoral and post doctoral activities in the field of Environment Management. Papers published in Journals of International Standard and presented in national and international seminars - 26 Nos. Participated in different AICTE / MHRD sponsored Summer Schools.

Professor ME (Mech.), PGDM (Mktg.)-IIMA Joined On : 06.08.2008 35 years of Industry Experience in Braithwaite & Co., Caltex (I) Ltd., and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. etc. in senior managerial capacity handling different areas such as Production, Operations, Projects, Logistics & Distribution, Marketing, Services Management and Human Resources Management. In academics, he was the Head (Business Study) of MSIT and Head of IIMT, Bengal. He was the visiting faculty of different business schools like St. Xavier’s College, IBMR, IBM–Kolkata, Pailan College of Management Technology, BITM – Santiniketan, Globsyn Business School - Kolkata. He is also paper setter and examiner of different universities and also serves as consultant of reputed organizations. He served as Analyst at various companies in IT and Financial sector before moving into academics. He also served as a faculty member in Asia Pacific Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi. At present, he is pursuing Ph.D. in the area of Quanitative Finance from Calcutta University.
